The first stage: Renovations

Tearing out old drywall, flooring, roofing etc

And replacing with new supplies and room adjustment

Replace the lighting to a softer lighting preferably tinted

Replace the art with something actually decent

The second stage: updates

Place certain computer areas

Have new spaces of comfort

Place new colors as well as install a white board filling an entire wall

Put Tims in the learning commons

The third: education

I would place education support systems to help students further their experiments and creative planning with funding and tools they need.
